Hard Knocks on WESH 2 News
Hard Knocks hosted the latest craze in Corporate Team Building and WESH 2 News came out to our facility on February 20th to witness it!
Reporter Greg Fox took a shot at combat himself and spent the day at Hard Knocks watching Marriott Vacation Club build relationships by taking their employees from the boardroom to the war room.
The segment, which aired on WESH 2 News February 22nd, covered the basics of corporate team building and emphasized how our combat missions help build skill in the workplace.

Hard Knocks Gives Back!
Recently, Hard Knocks hosted a scholarship fundraiser event with all proceeds going directly to a local Oviedo family and benefiting their three children. The event, which took place on Monday, February 18th, was a great success and Hard Knocks was pleased to present their family with a check in the amount of $1443.68.
Inspired by the accomplishment of our recent scholarship fundraiser event, on March 2nd Hard Knocks partnered with Sigma Nu Fraternity at UCF for their annual philanthropy for The Christy Fund. This special event generated proceeds of more than $1200.00 which were all donated to The Christy Fund, a charity that provides families of children going through cancer treatments with the support they need to get through their challenging experiences.
Hard Knocks prides itself on being a strong community based company and we are proud to announce our next upcoming charity event. On March 21st will be holding our first ever Rock, Paper, Scissors Tournament with all proceeds going directly to Child's Play, a charity that improves the lives of children with toys and games in over 40 hospitals worldwide. Join us for a day of fun and excitement and the incredible feeling of giving to this worthy cause. Early registration is only $5.00, before March 14th, and the winner of this event will walk away with a brand new Wii gaming console! Smash Bros. Month!
Possibly the biggest gaming title of the year comes to you direct from Hard Knocks in the fashion you would come to expect from Florida's Largest LAN Gaming Center and Combat Arena. "Brawl" made its debut at midnight, March 9th @ Hard Knocks on 8 Wii Console Stations each with their own dedicated 40" LCD TV. Unlike other LAN Centers, you don't have to bring in your own Wii, controllers, or TV. Hard Knocks is already fully equipped to handle all your "Brawl" needs, including "Brawl" on our 110" movie theater screen.
Hard Knocks invited it's customers to smash for free all week long and will round out the month with two other epic events.
The first, GameStop's Smash Bros. Regional Final on 3/29/2008 will be hosted by Hard Knocks. Come and watch true "Brawl" talent as local competitors vie for a spot in the national tourney. Second, and not to be outdone... Hard Knocks will be hosting its own day long Smash Bros. Tournament beginning at 2:00 PM on 3/30/2008. Early registration begins on Monday, March 10 and continues through Friday, March 21. The cost is $10. Late registration will continue Saturday, March 22 through Friday, March 28.
