Recently featured on NBC, the Hard Knocks corporate team-building model can be categorized into two main groups: Recreational and Structured. Both are scheduled during our non-open hours giving your group exclusive and private use of our indoor facility and allowing you to have food catered in during your scheduled event. A minimum of 8 people is required, and your individual registration fees will be waived for the event. Here are brief descriptions for both:
Recreational - Entertainment-driven simulated combat. Our clients select missions from our combat mission menu and come together in flexible groups for combat. Team-building lessons--such as communication, command and control, resource management, etc.--are more implied during recreational combat.
Structured - Advance consultation is done with the client. A mission agenda is built based on the business needs or challenges that the client is experiencing in the marketplace. Teams are preselected and the agenda is executed on the day of the event. A member of the HK Leadership Team helps the client make direct links from the combat experience to the business. The structure is based on The Hard Knocks Combat Principles for Business.
Tired of taking your team bowling and out to dinner as a form of recognition? We can help. Leverage the high levels of teamwork and camaraderie achieved via the combat and law enforcement experience without the detractors of paintball and laser tag. Expect world-class customer service. We ask only that you review our two 4-minute instructional videos: "The Hard Knocks Rules of Engagement" and "The Way Of The Gun", and ask that participants complete the registration form in advance if possible. We'll take it from there.
